Is my child’s data private?+
Completely. We never sell your data, never share it with schools or insurers, and never run advertising trackers. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Privacy isn’t a feature for us — it’s the whole point.
How does the free trial work?+
You get full access to everything for 14 days. We ask for a card to start the trial, but you won’t be charged until day 15 — and you can cancel anytime before then with one click and pay nothing. We’ll also remind you before the trial ends.
Is this legal advice?+
No. IEP Vault is an organization and preparation tool. Our AI assistant gives you information and helps you ask better questions, but it is not a lawyer, therapist, or medical provider. For legal matters, we always recommend a special-education attorney or advocate.
What if I have more than one child with an IEP?+
The Family plan supports up to 5 children, each with their own complete set of documents, goals, logs, and providers. Switch between them with one tap.
