Not legal, medical, or therapeutic advice
IEP Vault is an organization and preparation tool. It is not a substitute for a special-education attorney, advocate, physician, or therapist. Our AI assistant provides information and suggestions to help you prepare and ask better questions — it does not provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those decisions.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 and using the service for a child you are authorized to support.
Subscriptions & billing
Your trial is free for 14 days. We collect a payment method to begin the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. After the trial, your plan renews automatically until you cancel. If a payment fails, we provide a short grace period before access becomes read-only.
Your content
Everything you upload remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you within the app. We don’t claim ownership of your documents or data.
Acceptable use
Use IEP Vault for its intended purpose — supporting your child. Don’t attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
